Do I have to wear a face mask?
GSquared members are encouraged to wear suitable face coverings whilst in the gym.
Please wear a face covering when you're entering and exiting, in all communal areas including reception, changing rooms and whilst moving around the gym. This can be removed during exercise as long as social distancing is being adhered to.
We will advise and amend our procedures in line with any changes to regulations set by the government guidelines
Will the GSquared Team be wearing face masks?
All members of the team will be wearing face masks or face shields whilst working with in the health club to aid in the health and safety of themselves and our members.
Will towels be available?
Yes, GSquared will offer a complimentary towel for each visit. All members are advised to bring their own sweat towels for exercising.
Will there be sanitation products available for members to use?
Yes, we will have contactless hand sanitation stations within reception, changing rooms and throughout the gym.
How often will the equipment be cleaned?
The GSquared team will be cleaning all equipment with anti-viral disinfectant at least four times per day, all high touch points will be cleaned more regularly.
At GSquared Health Clubs our cleaning standards will be nothing more than extraordinary, doubling up our standard cleaning during operating hours.
Will the gym be over crowded?
GSquared health Clubs sets itself apart from other gyms and health clubs. Our site is substantial enough in size to accommodate a club membership in excess of 3000 members, but it will actually be limited to 800, meaning that you will never have to wait for equipment, giving you a much better experience all round.
GSquared Health Clubs are designed for the COVID era, with capped memberships, so the number of members at any one time will be way below the government’s guidelines. Plus a Clearware Air System to create the highest standard of clean air and eradicate airborne viruses.
Will Group exercise classes be available?
Group exercise classes will commence once the restriction has been lifted, which is currently set for the 17th of May. We will advise and amend our procedures in line with any changes to the regulations set by the government guidelines.
